Grogan Park is a bit difficult to find, hidden at the end of a cul-de-sac on the west side of the village. But once located, visitors can enjoy the scenic fields with plenty of space for pick-up field sports. This location is one of the few neighborhood parks that has basketball courts. There is also a playground for the little ones.

Though various governmental functions operate out of other locations, Sussex Village Hall is the headquarters of village government. Regular Village Board meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, starting at 7pm. Village Hall houses the offices of the Village Administrator, Clerk-Treasurer, Building Inspector, Planning Department and more. Tax bills may be paid in person at Village Hall. Requests for access to public records of interest should begin at Village Hall. The village's cable television local access channel (25) is operated from this location, and official notices are also posted for public information and review.
