Central Florida Community College, established in 1957, is a public, community junior college serving the state of Florida and various counties. The institution provides more than 70 undergraduate instructions and awards associate degrees and certificates to students. It also prepares students for careers, requiring professional and technical training. In addition to academics, it offers a variety of extracurricular activities and amenities, including brain bowl, dance, bands, gospel choir and ministries and various art clubs. The college offers various sports activities, such as softball, basketball, baseball and tennis to students. The center also offers a variety of support services and accommodations to students with physical, visual, hearing, psychological and cognitive disabilities.
